About Vasiliki Papadopoulos
My name is Vasie Papadopoulos.
I am a lover of shoes - and am known for how I express myself through unique and colourful shoes, as does my full shoe closet.
Shoes, I believe, are a unique expression of one’s aesthetic, but also one’s personality.
I grew up in Canada in a Greek-Canadian family and because of that my style reflects a unique avant-garde feel with a classic sense of lines, shapes and designs. The more colour, the better.
I am designer by no means, but have always expressed my creativity through my travel photography and my writing.
I have been a professional for years in the corporate world and recently completed my MBA, so I decided to combine these skills and use it towards my passion - to design shoes.
I have a love of travel that can be described as wanderlust and spend an inordinate amount of time on all kinds of modes of transportation.
THE NOMAD shoe is an expression of all these things.
